Might help some people with this.
For manual updating this INI file :

• I use RDPWrap-v1.6.2
• Remove the -o option from install.bat
• Run uninstall.bat
• Place your fantastically updated ini file in the RDPWrap-v1.6.2 folder as <rdpwrap.ini>
• Run install.bat
• It places the new INI and works like a charm for windows 10 v1909 build 18363.535
