Resolves #8258.

Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request provides context regarding the JavaScript linting failure reported in issue #8258.

The lint error originates from the package itself (@stdlib/_tools/github/star-repo) and is not caused by userland code. The failure occurs due to an internal date-handling issue inside the library, which triggers RangeError: Invalid time value during the linting workflow. No additional changes are required in other files, as the error is rooted in the library’s internal logic.
