Description
This pull request provides context regarding the JavaScript linting failure reported in issue #8258.
The lint error originates from the package itself (
@stdlib/_tools/github/star-repo) and is not caused by userland code. The failure occurs due to an internal date-handling issue inside the library, which triggersRangeError: Invalid time valueduring the linting workflow.
