Some of the changes from my messy branch. I will continue to try to extract digestable chunks from that branch to make PRs from if it is ok.
This makes it possible to set "Range1 boost mode" to allow running f_sys at more than 150MHz. Note however that this is a quite breaking change (most examples had to be adjusted)
