updated graph-cli had to update schema(!) because validation rules have changed: @entity new requires mutable attribute

Latest graph-cli seems necessary in order to deploy the subgraph.
However, I had to modify schema and bump node version when
@graphprotocol/graph-cliwas updated to the latest0.97.0.
