Add ollama-sublime package

Use local LLMs via Ollama directly in Sublime Text. Works with qwen, codellama, mistral, etc.

Note that https://gitlab.com/mwwaa/yollama already exists. How does your package compare to that?

Your repo looks a bit confused too, I see nested directories containing multiple settings files etc. and $HOME/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text/Packages ... I'm not sure how to review this.

Please also respond to my last question:

Note that https://gitlab.com/mwwaa/yollama already exists. How does your package compare to that?
