chore: bump SP1 to 6.5.0

Summary

• Update SP1 crates and toolchain commands from 6.4.0 to 6.5.0.
• Refresh the root and client lockfiles.

Motivation

This change aligns RSP with the SP1 6.5.0 release.

Validation

• Root and client dependency trees are locked.
• Nightly formatting, all-target builds, and Clippy pass.
• The full fixture-backed test suite passes for Ethereum, Sepolia, Holesky, and Linea.
• Total cycles decreased by 15,428, from 288,622,794 to 288,607,366.
• Prover gas decreased by 13,611, from 358,179,642 to 358,166,031.
