Trying to fix the duplicate machines issue
Kill all existing machines before launching a new one. Also, fixed the INPUT_VM, which was eroneous.

I have no idea if this is the BEST way to handle this, but I wanted a quick fix, and this works.
Also, the script was keying on $INPUT_VM, which isn't a documented input, so I updated to the documented $INPUT_VMSIZE.
