chore(docs): standardize change log page titles
Use a custom text-safe thumbnail background while preserving Mintlify generated page copy. Add canonical publisher metadata and unique page titles without changing compact sidebar labels.
Restore the short SDK page titles after the SEO pass so page headings remain easy to scan. Mintlify uses the title frontmatter for both metadata and the visible H1, so language prefixes cannot be hidden from the page.
Sync reader-facing operation descriptions from the Cloud API source so every published endpoint has useful metadata and context in the Mintlify reference.
Restore every original page title and add hidden Mintlify search keywords to ambiguous overview, sandbox, and language SDK pages. This improves in-product discovery without adding language or section prefixes to visible headings.

Merge the latest main branch into mintlify so the documentation deployment branch includes recent runtime, SDK, CI, release, and examples changes. Preserve the mintlify-specific managed Cloud deployment-profile clarification while resolving the only content conflict.

TL;DR
Syncs the documentation accumulated on the Mintlify branch back into main while preserving the outbound proxy documentation added by PR #1234. Merge this PR with a merge commit rather than squash or rebase so main and Mintlify retain shared history.
