Improve Security in Broadcast Receivers Against Intent Redirection & Update play-services Dependencies.

This pull request addresses two major issues:

1. Broadcast Receiver Security
   Implements intent validation and sanitization in both BroadcastReceivers to mitigate intent redirection vulnerabilities.
   Ensures that only trusted intents (those resolving to Google Play Services) are processed, with extraneous component or selector data cleared before use.

2. Dependency Updates
   Upgrades to the latest versions of play-services-auth and play-services-auth-api-phone.
   Increases the minSdkVersion to meet compatibility requirements of the updated libraries.

These changes enhance overall security and maintain compatibility with the latest Google Play services improvements.
