Initial release of the plugin.
Hide messages with the /spoiler text command.
This blurs the text and displays it if you mouse hover over it.
On mobile you have to press a button to reveal the hidden message and will receive an ephemeral post with its content.
There are currently no tests in place at all, so everything probably breaks all the time.
