fix: respect page options when rendering an error page as a result of an error thrown from a load function on the server

This PR ensures the error page rendered as a result of an error thrown from a load function on the server respects the page options inherited from the layouts for that error page. This is already the case for other server default error page responses so it's good to standardise this.
