Fix the 'Join our Slack' button in /get-help.
It was broken because in the new setup, external images aren't loaded by default. I think that's good behavior anyway, there's no reason to link to externally hosted assets, which can break. And it was ugly anyway. So I replaced that image with our own thing.
I checked the rest of the repo and there are no other links to external images.
