Motivation:
As part of the implementation of the v2 API (#339), we landed new types and changes with the prefix of "New" so that the new additions would not interfere with the existing implementation.
We now want to remove the "New" prefixes from the new additions as the old API has been removed (#355).

Result:
All files and types will have cleaner names.
