Moves enviroment to poetry so that it is easier for new devs to get up and running.
Adds tests
Adds config for automatic linting with flakehell
Removes the calibrate camera script which doesn't work and should be supplied seperately to the robot lib

  • Workaround bug in the GG by forcing the pins to be updated in order
  • Changes to fix up default state for the GPIO now that we are setting them without direct user supervision
  • Send update command to GG in GreenGiantGPIOPinList.__init__

Need to setup a brain as a CI test runner, at the very least it just needs to be a pi
