  • updated ship acceleration and top speed stats for all ships
  • updated fire rate, damage, and other projectile stats
  • changes to make the game feel more responsive and impactful during combat

- "balanced" speeds and feeds for ships and projectiles.

For very fast projectiles, we have a bug that we don't check/draw a line between server frames to see if a ship was supposed to be in that space at the same time as a fast moving projectile, and this means that it'll look like a laser just went through a ship and did no damage, and I noticed that a lot more here. I suppose it's a separate bug.
