New features:
JSON and HTML exports. The report row-rendering logic was extracted from
respro/report/html.pyinto a new sharedrespro/report/_row_helpers.pymodule so HTML and TSV render from the same row model, and
respro/report/non_html_exports.pygained the TSV writer. The CLI exposes thenew format via
--export tsvon the profiling and regenerate commands.(
respro/db/models.py,respro/db/schema.py,respro/db/_rules_publication.py,respro/io/publications.py) now stores author, journal, and year perpublication, and these fields surface in the HTML report and non-HTML exports.
respro/report/html.pynow render the reference nucleotide context forreported changes, with
respro/core/vcf_remap.pyproviding the reference-baselookup.
Bug fixes:
respro/core/annotation.pyno longer drops ormis-reports features that have no matching rules; such features now appear
correctly in the report. Covered by new tests in
tests/test_annotation.pyand
tests/test_report_outputs.py.Improvements:
respro/report/static/report.cssandreport.jswere overhauled so the standalone HTML report adapts to phone andtablet screens, matching the web app's responsive behaviour.
Breaking changes:
columns are additive.
