• Upgrade typescript ^4.7.4 -> ^5.2.0, jest ^28.1.3 -> ^29.7.0, ts-jest ^28.0.7 -> ^29.1.0
• Upgrade @types/node ^18 -> ^22, webpack ^5.73 -> ^5.94, remove @types/webpack
• Migrate jest configs from deprecated globals['ts-jest'] to transform array pattern
• Fix TS 5.x strict type errors in web3-utils, web3-qrl, web3-qrl-accounts, web3-qrl-contract
• Fix duplicate dependencies block in web3-qrl-abi/package.json
• Update @theqrl/wallet.js to ^3.0.1
• Update .gitignore to catch all *.tsbuildinfo files
