openvox7 and all the puppetlabs repos aren't actively maintained anymore. Does it make sense to first drop them, and then add openvox 8?

The goal of this to have a openvox_repo template which configures the repo to get openvox similar to the puppetlabs repo. Sooner or later, we can then drop the puppetlabs-repo. I would prefer to drop the puppetlabs_repo pretty soonish but its not my decision.
