The first release of CTRAN-ng. It has feature parity with Psion CTRAN 5.02, minus the OVAL and (broken) EPOC32 features.

The DOS release includes a copy of CWSDPMI.EXE. Place this in the same directory as CTRAN.EXE, or anywhere in your path.
