Motivation for ultra-cycling, this data field shows the hours:minutes you have been moving since you last stopped. The field resets to 00:00 if you are stationary for 5 minutes.

Get the url of the download and use curl (it doesn't download via a browser):

Then open the .dmg and install, and select to set it as the current SDK.

Next go to the Devices tab, and ensure new devices are downloaded.
Also use:
Command + Shift + P , Monkey C: Open SDK Manager
Now add new devices to the app manifest, using the UI:
Command + Shift + P , Monkey C: Edit Products
Command + Shift + P , Monkey C: Run Tests
Menu: Run > Run Without Debugging
Side loading the app binary onto device lets you test it.
Command + Shift + P , Monkey C: Build for Device
Then copy the .prg file onto the device /Garmin/Apps.
Command + Shift + P , Monkey C: Export Project
Build into /Users/dougb/dev/SinceStopped/exports/

Uploads the .iq file, and allows (in the UI) to set the app version number.
