Description
This change is to refactor the SplashKit teams documentation. It pulls a lot of information from sub folders and brings it to the front unifying a lot of information. Information that is applicable to all teams is brought into top level guides and on boarding information should now be easier to find. Information that is specific to the different teams is now the only information contained in teams folders.
Fixes # (issue)
The current documentation contains a lot of duplication within the separate teams, and all information was buried in sub folders.
