Establish two new shared projects to improve the OAT project lifecycle:
project-completion — Introduces institutional memory artifacts (
summary.md), post-PR revision workflow (pr_openphase status andoat-project-reviseskill), and automatic subagent review triggering at plan checkpoints.remote-project-management — Captures discovery and handover context for Linear integration, defining the sync model, cardinality relationships, and skill suite for bidirectional backlog ↔ Linear issue sync.
