First of all, thanks for this nice plugin, very useful.
This PR add support for wp-cli to ease deployments. One commit to sync code with version 2.0.3 published on wordpress.org and another one to support wp-cli.
I'll be glad if you could merge it and publish a new release on wordpress repository with this feature.
