docs(readme): judges' section for the hackathon submission - #19

Puts everything a judge needs above the fold: the track, the demo video, the live app on ECS, the architecture diagram, and a table linking the exact code files that prove the backend runs on Alibaba Cloud (DashScope inference, OSS artifact storage, ECS deploy) — the rules ask for a code-file link, not a claim. Also points at a finished hunt on the live box so a judge can see a cited brief and its receipts without waiting for a run.
