… demo IP The public demo instance on Alibaba Cloud ECS is offline, so the "Live app" link and the "open a completed hunt on the box" note both pointed at a dead address. Replaced both with the paths that actually work for a judge right now: the demo video and the ~60s local run on the offline provider (no API key). The Alibaba Cloud proof stays in the code-link table, which is unaffected.

The public demo box on Alibaba Cloud ECS is temporarily offline (the instance was locked by the provider). A judge landing on the README currently sees a Live app link and a "open the BNPL hunt on the box" note that both point at a dead IP.
This swaps both for the paths that work right now:
The Alibaba Cloud proof (DashScope client, OSS, ECS deploy config) stays in the code-link table and is unaffected. No dead IP remains in the repo (verified).
