The pull request fails because of a missed dependency during the build not because of the code.

The problem is not about newline character but about \b.
Now escape character is not permitted to place before a non-special character, so the parser throws MalformedException.
The escape character before non-special character has no meaning, but I think it should be parsed without an error. I will fix this in other patch.
