ubuntu.sh: simplified NVIDIA container toolkit source installation and added a final echo recommending a reboot to activate NVIDIA drivers.
Dockerfile: added several media-related system packages to the builder stage; changed the pip install step to use a cache mount and try --no-cache-dir first with a fallback to normal pip install.
requirements.txt: many version constraints loosened to ranges; added/updated NVIDIA wheel package entries (CUDA/cu12, cuDNN, etc.) indicating a move to CUDA 12.
utils.sh: docker build updated to use --no-cache --debug by default.
