Ability to cancel a conversion job

Problem Statement

Currently, there's no way to cancel a conversion job that's already running. It's possible to remove a job from the queue before it starts, but there's no option to cancel or abort a job that's running.

Proposed Solution

Adding an action button to cancel the running job.

This is a very nice feature to have, issue i found is some converters like ffmpeg are separate os processes with their own PID which can be killed safely but the other worker threads can corrupt the python process memory if shut down

@chase-roohms solutions i thought of, would love to hear your input since you´re the main contributor

• Cooperative flag + kill what you can (easy, doesnt require a big code change but tradeoff is inconsistent cancel latency depending on converter)

• One process per job (this is a big change and idk if its worth it)
