I don't always finish my day at midnight. Tasks that are worked on after midnight count towards the calendar day in which it was logged which affects the work log and goal calculations. If I work on something from 2100 to 0030 on Saturday it will record that as 3.5 hours for Sunday which will create incorrect records for both days.
Describe the solution you'd like
An adjustable day's end would be great for people who work later than midnight. Depending on the implementation, it might also help with people who have to work more extreme schedules such as night shift or other distant timezones.
Additional context (optional)
My recommendation would be to set this as 0300 by default rather than midnight as it is more common to work past midnight than it is to start work before 3am.
