Updates syllabus with prework deliverable info, closes #145

• Only updates the syllabus to include the prework deliverables and the Airtable submission survey where they would submit their final markdown URL.

It might make sense to make the pre-work its own document since there are so many things:

Yup, agree. And when we make those links in the repo, we'll be able to use the internal links rather than external. But yes, we've decided to keep gathering these items in the syllabus for now and once we have all the prework settled, we can then move this into a prework document.
