Added Content-Disposition + Content-Length to attachment endpoint, dropped dead error branch in raw endpoint, fixed prefix slash bug.
Replaced magic-number sleep with a poll.
Removed commented-out fields, made fetch_raw error-graceful, cached Raw tab so toggling doesn't re-download.
