- Refactor: extracted 'fetchPolicy' and 'collectCurrentUsage' from the logic/recommender.go module.
- Feat: the initial request of a workload is now persisted as an annotation on the associated vpa object.
- Feat: new scaling rules with configurable floor and ceil ratio in relation to the original request.
