Description:
This PR reorganizes the doc directory, adds the necessary RTD yaml and make files, updates the quickstart and component configuration chapters, adds the building and testing chapter plus doc-snippets, adds the reference section with FAQ, Glossary, and Rocoto chapters, adds more Rocoto info and helper snippets, adds labels, adds and expands the intro chapter, adds the directory structure chapter, links glossary terms and adds new glossary terms, updates the directory structure with the workflow PNG, fixes typos, and adds “More info coming soon” to Customizing the Workflow.
