Organising your work

We generally follow the advice given in this article:

For running projects, usually a species-specific folder is generated under /projects/cees/in_progress.

Under there, we usually have these subfolders:

Folder	Description
data	immutable files that are the input of analyses
analysis	where the actual work is being done
scripts	source code for the analyses
