This PR updates the Civic Solana Gateway React component to v0.10.0. Older versions of the Civic react component will soon be deprecated, so for the candy machine to continue working it's important to use a new version. This version also allows much simplified client-code, without the need to handle the transaction sending in the dApp.
NextJS version was updated to support the changes.
