Adds Claude Sonnet 5.5 and Claude Haiku 5.5 to the TypeScript SDK, Python SDK, and CLI model picker. Each one goes into every provider enum and picker group that already lists Sonnet 5 or Haiku 4.5.

Provider Sonnet 5.5 Haiku 5.5
Claude Code (Anthropic) anthropic/claude-sonnet-5-5 anthropic/claude-haiku-5-5
OpenRouter openrouter/anthropic/claude-sonnet-5.5 openrouter/anthropic/claude-haiku-5.5
Vercel AI Gateway vercel/anthropic/claude-sonnet-5.5 vercel/anthropic/claude-haiku-5.5
OpenCode (Anthropic / Zen) opencode/claude-sonnet-5-5 opencode/claude-haiku-5-5
Cursor cursor/claude-sonnet-5-5 cursor/claude-haiku-5-5

I checked that each ID is live in the OpenRouter and Vercel catalogs and on the Zen and Cursor pricing pages. Neon is left out because its catalog doesn't list either model.

Backend pricing for both models is in upstash/box-backend#290, which should merge first.

Checks: SDK and CLI vitest, tsc --noEmit, and lint pass. Python pytest (async and sync), ruff, mypy, and check_parity.py pass.

Claude Sonnet 5.5 and Claude Haiku 5.5 are live on the Anthropic API,
OpenRouter, Vercel AI Gateway, OpenCode Zen and Cursor. Add their
constants to every provider enum in the TypeScript and Python SDKs that
already lists Sonnet 5 or Haiku 4.5, and to the matching CLI picker
groups. OpenRouter and Vercel use the dotted claude-*-5.5 ids; Anthropic,
OpenCode/Zen and Cursor use claude-*-5-5. Neon is left out because its
gateway catalog does not list either model yet.
