- add branch to all octokit requests where needed - rename local storage key connected-repo to git-repo - properly disable/enable branch dropdown

This is a work in progress.
Features
This PR implements the following:
If-None-MatchheaderTerraobject that contains constants, global vars, helper functions and references to the GitFS, LFS, VFS, layout and filetree instead of assigning all of this to the window object. This keeps the code cleaner and more structured and easier to debug. Furthermore, this rewrite was needed to allow for a custom plugin system.
