Update the script to fit our versioning strategy

Originally, if we released a patch for a module, we always updated the most recent bundle version entry with the patch update. But now we will update every bundle version entry block with the newest patch if the module version in that specific block has the same major.minor version as the patch we released.

Extra updates include:

• Improved logging for the versions script
• The manual dispatch trigger, "bundle", was only used to GA the bundle and won't be used again. Thus we can safely remove it.
