Research Shelf now reads Perplexity conversations through its own Moksha app/grant, privately saves and displays titles, then acknowledges after rendering. Payments require explicit opt-in and per-read/total caps. Receipts and received bodies survive failed delivery and reconnects. The ChatGPT starter stays intact.
BUI-931, stacked on #101 (BUI-929 setup/demo). Merge that dependency first, then retarget to main. Local approval uses unmerged unity-surfaces #1940. Desktop, Registry and backend runtime changes are excluded. No merge or deployment.
Validation: all 870 CLI tests passed, including 54 focused demo/starter tests; example typecheck, ESLint, formatting and production build passed. Standards/spec review fixes cover shared payment recovery and revision-bound acknowledgement. The old-decoder negative control fails at the HTTP success assertion; restored decoding passes. Build retains SDK dynamic-import and ESLint-plugin warnings.
Live local proof, 27 October: 2,196 real conversations saved, displayed and acknowledged through the existing grant. The successful fresh read authorized 0.010 test VANA. An earlier 0.011 paid/served attempt failed at consumer decoding and is preserved separately; it is not successful delivery proof. Received bodies are now retained before decoding. BUI-932 owns the subsequent changed-connector rerun and same-grant refresh.
