Adds the Fukuoka Oceanic FIR. Changes the information about Oakland Oceanic to reflect that it is owned and operated by the Oakland ARTCC. Fixes section that says COL is still a subsector of TSN. Uncertain, would probably require confirmation, however, it could be that "Oakland Oceanic is owned by VATUSA and operated by the Oakland ARTCC." is a more accurate statement. |
