로컬에서 이것저것 실험을 해보고 싶어 클론을 받았는데, Redis를 실행하지 않으니 생기는 에러들이 많더라고요.
명시적으로 Redis를 켜는 스텝이 Guideline에 추가되면, 좀 더 많은 분들이 수월하게 개발환경 셋팅을 시작 할 수 있을 것 같아 PR을 보냅니다!
