The README and the v0.0.11 release notes describe named OpenAI Chat Completions connections as supported. However, the official custom model connections guide still says “Preview build required” and describes the implementing change as still in draft.

PR #780 was merged to main on 2026-09-15, and v0.0.11 was published on 2026-09-24 with custom model connections in its release notes. The guide appears stale for the released capability.

Expected: update the guide's availability/status wording to match the supported release, or clarify which remaining details still require a preview build.

Actual: the official guide tells users a preview build is required and the feature is still in draft.
