What this does

Adds 6 new items using the new Exploration Tech added in #38712. These only require 1 level of exploration tech for now as I will add more ways to get this tech in a later PR. Holofield sprite credit belongs to Shiptest while the other sprites are my own horrific codersprite abominations.

From left to right:
Bluespace Emergency Recall Tool (BERT): a single-use device which sends the user back to a saved location, respecting teleblock restrictions. Can only be used on planetary surfaces and results in the user vomiting and getting dizzy.

Shuttle Holopainter: a tool used to configure a shuttle's appearance. Can be used to recolor shuttle walls and floors or swap them to the other shuttle textures (some previously unused) in the codebase. Use in-hand to configure then apply it to a shuttle console to apply the changes.

Pacification Beacon: grants the holder the pacification aura status, preventing mobs from attacking them. Causes severe hallucinations and only lasts for two minutes before it needs to be replaced entirely.

Emergency Shield Generator: projects a hollow 3x3 square shield around the user. Can be used for a total duration of 30s before requiring a new Bluespace Crystal to recharge. Mobs can damage the shield.

Phasic Gas Dowser: points towards a random gas vent on a planet. Can be filtered to point to vents of a specific gas type, if they exist on the planet.

Holofield Generator: a new subtype of the Shieldwall Generator which blocks airflow and any mobs which don't possess an ID. Can be damaged by hostile mobs. Useful for large shuttle bays.

I like these but the BERT seems extremely strong for something you can just pop instantly and use for on-station shenanigans. If it's going to be something you can use outside of planets I would prefer if it had an audible windup/delay before it teleported you, but that's just me. EMPs should also toggle the sabotaged flag.

Rest of these all sound interesting.
