Add support for Custom Credentials to be associated with job templates.

I have a need to be able to use custom or non standard credentials that the tower_job_templatemodule doesn't support. The only way I could figure out on how to do it was through this method.

Any feedback would be great. I can make some changes to do this if you like the direction.
