fixes "Steam must be running to play this game" issue, fixes the DLC popup taking too long to draw and undraw, so need to wait a tad longer. fixes selected the right game (it's 3 up now, not 4) included EXE needs recompiled. -- or perhaps a new exe with these changes called like "runme-2018.exe" or something
