[RELEASE] An Improve signal can be investigated, not just browsed away from (carries #6462) - #6468

…y from (carries #6462) Ships #6462: every guidance candidate on the Improve tab, and the review dialog's primary action, now offers Investigate. It opens the Assistant on a new conversation with a question built from that card's own evidence, and submits it through the composer's own path so every guard a typed question gets still applies. The action it replaces, "Open Setup", switched tabs and stopped. Also records two rules in FLYWHEEL.md, both paid for in this session: - your own open PRs count as claims: the handoff was built browser-side while draft #6351 had carried a server-side version since 2026-10-05, and the overlap surfaced only after CI went green. #6351 redacts the candidate excerpts first; the shipped version does not. - an action that only changes tabs is a dead end, and it passes every test, because switching tabs is what it was asked to do. What this ships
Every guidance candidate on the Improve tab, and the review dialog's primary action, now offers Investigate. It opens the Assistant on a new conversation with a question built from that card's own evidence, and submits it through the composer's own path so every guard a typed question gets still applies. The action it replaces, "Open Setup", switched tabs and stopped.
Verified live before the merge on the local dashboard against this machine's own 28 candidates, from both a card and the review dialog. The Assistant answered from the two real Codex sessions behind the signal, naming the recorded commands and their failures.
