Este PR adiciona uma lista detalhada de verbos de formatação utilizados na linguagem Go ao arquivo OUTLINE.md. A inclusão visa facilitar a compreensão e o uso das diferentes opções disponíveis para formatação de strings, inteiros, números flutuantes, booleanos, entre outros.
Mudanças Principais:
