Changelog

• Fix the issue of focused elements randomly lose focus, including email composing sub-window (#248, 2cce6f0).
• Get back auto-login delay to be functional not only first time the auto-login action requested (#245, d974b43...fb4fef5).
• Make blank.html "dom-ready" event timeout configurable and increase the default timeout value (75e2b5a, #247). This is helpful if low-performance hardware is used.
