This is a purely editorial PR on the vocabulary.yml file: we forgot to add references to the CID context file, i.e., https://www.w3.org/ns/cid/v1, to the vocabulary entries stemming from the CID spec. This is done in this PR.

(This document is not officially part of the REC, and will only be stored on date space, so it is all right to do the editorial change before publishing the REC.)
