2022.10 release

This release includes a lot of new features:

• The beginning of a flexible datasource system, with Wikidata as the first new datasource added.
• A powerful Command API based on Scheme Lisp, which is now being used for auto-generating presentations.
• Topic headline buttons are now also data-defined in the Conzept fields. Further continuing the work to make Conzept be ever more data-defined and easier to maintain and extend.
• Several new and wonderful apps: Wikimedia Commons, Europeana (temporarily broken), ...
• Many new field definitions to integrate many new 3rd-party websites (total field count is now 10.038)
• Added 30+ UI i18n localization files (supporting almost 40 languages now)
• A subtle random-art-cover image-generator, used for cover-topics lacking an image.
• Many small fixes and improvements to the code and field-workflow (see field utility functions)
